This is what a Triumph TR6 with overdrive is like to drive. If like me you used to own one or always wanted one, they are not what you once remembered. They are very nice looking cars that will suck your wallet dry. The car in the video is an original and exceptional 50K mile car. By today's standards they are harsh riding, under powered and mucho expensive over valued collector cars. The most fun you will have owning a TR6 is looking for one. Just after you purchase it, the nightmare begins. Little by little you start replacing this and that and before you know it, you're into this car for double what you could ever sell it for. You start off just looking at it in your garage and smiling thinking how you can't believe you finally own that TR6 you've always wanted. By the time you unload it on the next poor SOB, you're wondering what you could have possibly ever done to anyone to make God punish you like this. You can feel a little more at ease by joining a TR6 car forum so you can chat with others on how to keep your wheels from falling off at 50 MPH, and those are the TR6 enthusiasts. Too much quality never put a car company out of business, British Leyland is long gone. Long gone baby.
