@Hyena62 I'm going under the assumption that the speaker was referring to JP Morgan "Jr." who had extensive monetary interests in WW1 and was one the the biggest to profit from the war. In fact survived an assasination attempt because of his war profitering. He also worked to defeat FDR's New Deal, but failed. So I think it's "Jr" he's talking about. :)
