lol.
It's nothing special dude, there are a lot of youtube videos showing how to built your own Olympic Platform. Cost like 200 dollars.
-
I think the 200+ lb tricep curl was the best
-

the Snatch at 6:30 is fuckin boss.

@DannyFavorite Any injuries result typically result from the sheer volume of lifting they do (2-3 times a day, every day). The lifts themselves are generally regarded as safe; even in scientific literature an ATG squat has been suggested to be completely fine for the knees.
So for the average lifter or athlete, ATG should not result in knee problems unless the form is incorrect.
-
Koklyaev is scary strong.
-
I've been Olympic lifting a while, and squat hams to calves all the time. I've yet to have knee problems or inability to walk.
Whoever says that's what happens after they try this stuff likely needs to reassess their technique/form or perhaps get the necessary flexibility.
-
@DannyFavorite Not for them apparently but it did for me. Then I stopped squatting like an Olympic lifter and started doing it powerlifting style. No problems (in training) since. Tried to squat like them once again though, a few months back. I couldn´t walk for days.
-
some people never seen an olympic lifter in real life. Thinking they aren't big is ignorant. They are way more muscular than you think. Bodybuilding destroyed the view on a muscular body
-
I wonder if this results in knee damage long-term?

860 pounds 3 times

I demand Strength Feat Compilation (5) to be made already. Featuring Hossein Rezazadeh, Derek Poundstone, Laszlo Meszaros' Raw World Bench record, new Konstantin Konstantinovs videos, and Salimi's WR 214kg Snatch. Anyone thing they have have enough footage and time to create such a masterpiece?
-
Quite simply the best vid on youtube.
-
6:45 The most badass dump I've ever seen.
-
@nuttyballs99 50kg plates
-
2nd guy at 0:22 = EPIC WIN
-
how is 5:56 280 kg?
-
@fguo90 not really. it's more the style of training. strength training typically favors heavy weight and low reps where as size is lower weight, higher reps. of course they're are strength athletes that incorporate some higher rep work into their training, as well as bodybuilders who add a bit of power and olympic type lifting though
-
@deemee693 if you ask me.....no. but, in powerlifting at least, RAW allows wraps and a belt. If you lift in an equipped federation, they use bench shirts, and squat and deadlift suits, which are not allowed in a RAW meet
-
@deemee693 no
-
@Immotalitis I wasn't 'talking down' to anyone. I was conveying information only. If you're aware of the difference between size training and power training, then your original question was unnecessary.
@demoncoreftw songs......

2nd: machine head - from this day

@davidsirmons Of course it wasn't unnecessary if I were wondering how the fuck they can be so small and lift so much.
