A 'Farewell' tribute to Viet Nam and it's people who were so kind, pleasant, and so Welcoming to us both on our return visit after 39 years. This is not to mention the fact that they still welcomed us so graciously even after finding out that we were both once a part of an invading Army destine to destroy both them and their land.
Thanks for sharing Herd brother. Although I never plan to return, it is good to see photos of the (South) Vietnamese people smiling. Hopefully they are at PEACE within. The people in South Vietnam, especially in the remote areas and villages, were caught between a rock and very hard spot.

What a great man you are to post such a heartfelt tribute to a people we fought so bitterly with. Thanks
