@dervishmadwhirler This particular sample in this song is (if I recall correctly) from a Documentary (perhaps BBC) about drug use and this particular gentlman is taking Salvia Divinorum and not DMT. But yeah the songs are definately about psychadelic use...it does belong to/has it's roots in psy-trance genre afterall!

@dervishmadwhirler Hey now, I do. I know they've used psychoactives BUT they've also used Marijuana. Take the project 1200 Mics for example where they did all kinds of stuff.. but yeah, I guess your right.. only DMT could give you majestic visions and shit..

@MythObject Its undeniable that this cd, and many others by Shpongle, are inspired by DMT.
Most samples in Shpongle music clearly and openly are samples which reference DMT. "When I took that third hit it definitely hit." etc. The third hit in smoked DMT consumption is the breakthru hit.
On this cd, The whole talk bit is about taking DMT.
You obviously dont know Raja Ram and Simon Posford...'Shpongle-land' IS the DMT reality.

@dervishmadwhirler I disagree to that.

Take away my emotions, all my experiences, my thoughts and assumptions, just leave me my Shpongle. Simon and Raj have once again blown me away.
