@zerkedftw np many throw out the computer due to that issue, im nor even a PC guy and I figured it out with help from my IP free advice customer service....be cool with them and they will tell ya alot of tricks

@zerkedftw Hey Bro............well there should be 4 or less depending on your PC brand, I had a dell 546 and
from your video go to 0.03 and stop its to the left of your yallow port. its the green card with the 6 soder lines on it. That is your memory card....it may have static in it. Remove it spray some ain in it then place it back. It may be the issue and it will prevent power from proceeding to your screen....let me know how it goes.Peace

Remove each memory card one by one, shoot air into each slot them put them back in....prob is static....it will work Peace
