YNTV Contestants- Audition Results

READ! We would like to stress that if you didn't get past auditions, it does NOT mean you're not a good vidder. It also doesn't mean we don't like you(this mainly goes out to our friends who auditioned but didn't get past auditions). We hope that there's no hard feelings. We liked A LOT of vids but we had to cut them down to 75.Remember, only 3 will make it to finals and one will be announced Youtube's Next Top Vidder. And we hope that those who were eliminated will continue to watch and support the competition.
Congratulations to those who made it past auditions :) We hope that you enjoy the competition and have fun! If for some reason you'll be unable to compete, let us know so we can give someone else a chance. You guys are competing against each other but we want to make this competition feel more like a little family where everyone helps each other out.
The first challenge will begin on Monday Aug 3 2009. This weekend we'll be sending out messages to the contestants asking them a few questions so please check your messages and reply as soon as possible.

We didn't really get that many people auditioning with anime but yes, an anime vidder made it through. And lots of Twilight vidders made it through because their vids happen to be really good. I personally don't like the fandom Twilight but we didn't judge the fandoms, we judged the editing.

But hey, you know what? If you really think you are so much better than everyone else in this contest then finish your video and show it to the judges. Let them judge it and tell you what they really think of it. But you can't honestly expect them to let you in the contest when you've missed out so much of it. That would be unfair for the contestants AND all the hard work the judges have put into the judging of all the videos in this contest. Show both them and everyone in YNTV some respect.

You clearly doesn't understand what vidding and this competition is all about. Just because you have the most expensive program doesn't make you the best vidder on YouTube. YNTV is supposed to challenge vidders and let them have fun trying something new. It's not a win or die contest. You need to stop taking this so serious. This whole act is getting a bit ridiculus. I don't really see how all your bragging is going to make the judges do an exception just for your or even let you win right away.
