So disappointing. A man who champions customer service tries to brake our banks with this video. I can understand buying the video, but I wanted to use it to train employees in a small business and he is charging $895.00!!!!!!! Talk about poor customer service.

we watch this every year during orientation before the summer season. It's mandatory. We take pride in excellent customer service but some people are just cranky and miserable. We just smile and do our best!

The DVD is a sizable investment...but well worth it. We've used it in our schools with teachers and administrators. If you follow Mr. Farrell's advice, the investment will pay off 100x or more. What other investment can you make that pays off that much? Keep your eyes open on eBay...the VHS and DVD come up for sale sometimes.

I remember laughing the entire time we watched this at my employer. Eventually most of the class was laughing....and now every time I see a pickle I think of this guy and his OCD with pickles hahhahha! 2:08-210 LOL
