The most expensive cable cable i have is a pair of 2m audioquest king cobra. Got it on audiogon for $75.00 bucks.

Spending $400-500 each on cable is alote of money. If you have the spend it. I feel alote of those cables are snake oil. Spending $50-150 you can receive the same performance.

@quinonezes86 I agree that many cables are snake oil, but then many components are snake oil too. Just because there is a fancy case around it does not mean that it is really any better. As long as you are happy with your own gear and the sound it produces, that is the most important thing.

Not fancy. Lol. Your cables cost more than my system. I use arcam a 65+ intergrated amp. Arcam dv 79 for a cd player. Arcam t61 tuner. My speakers are Amphion ion. Sound is fantastic!

@quinonezes86 Very amazing sound can be had for very little money for sure! My cables are not expensive... Most of them are under $400-500 each.

Nice equipment protected by a piece of garbage Monster Power unit!?!?! Replace that atrocity immediately. Otherwise I like the system.

@shodulik Actually the balanced power in the monster is quite good. I am planning the purchase of a PS Audio Power Plant Premier right now!
