Romani Zor Concert - Autumn London 2008 - Roma Musicians with Roma Music

The young and charismatic Roma (Gypsy) performers of Romani Zor (meaning "Roma Energy") from Presov/Slovakia are the voices of a new Roma generation, promoting their ancestors' musical heritage while integrating today's exterior influences. The group's ability to mix three or four different and distinct Roma styles in a single song is unique, always respecting each tradition and thus creating a mosaic rather than a melting pot of sounds, all of which can be heard impressively in their present co-operation with an excellent Roma singer and accordionist from Vojvodina/Serbia.
