Glen was behaving himself this time. Usually it's quite difficult to shut him up.
The other thing I observed re: Glen's years as Mayor of Winnipeg is this. Prior to living in Winnipeg he lived in Montreal, (subway). He moves here and goes along with Winnipeg Transit's plan for a BRT.... Then after losing a race for a Federal seat, he moves to Toronto (subway)
So why didn't he believe in the "what's good for the goose is good for the gander?"
Why was Glen a mediocre mayor?
