Day Geckos are very delicate... they need very special care. What you see in the video happened rarely. They should not be handled and can't stay away from their controlled environment for very long. Enough to clean their enclosures. We no longer have Roxy, she died a few months ago. But we loved her very much and were successful in taking care of her for almost 4 years.

The gecko's main food is crickets and sometimes worms, but once in a while we give her fruits.
