Try to take a one inch punch from Shi Yan Ming.
-
That's actually a 3 inch punch. Bruce Lee did that too.

@rudibr7878 loool no application in fighting.. are u serious.. if someone is able to put soo much explosive speed and power from only a a few cm's away... the greater the distance.. the greater the power.. acceleration x mass = force.. so basicly no matter what fighting style u use, u would be able to apply it to any punch
-
@GodDamnFranz you should also mention this punch is only intended to be used in demonstration / exhibition events, and have NO application in fighting
-
@iolanik not bruce's technique not bruce's teaching, not actually called the one inch punch, also not technically a kung fu move specifically and in no way shape or form is it "extremely difficult," you could move people backwards and off their feet with a shitty form bastardization of the technique that it turns it in to no way shape or form impressive, easy to put bruce and the technique on a pedestal if you have no idea what your talking about, "tall squared base= easy to move"

@ 00:48 sounds like gay porn

@marenello7 I don't think you don't know what the size of Bruce Lee was. And to do the one inch punch correctly you need to know how to use your body.

As someone who disliked the video and who has recently begun learning about the 1-inch and 3-in power punches from the DeMile family and others, I must say I did so because the only thing shows is a couple guys who didn't know what they were doing. I personally don't see any evidence that you guys know the bio-mechanics necessary to maximize your potential power output OR, and most importantly, the actual physical damage you could do to each other. In short, it was ignorant.

Bitch!!!!u doing the one inch punch wrong Mofo!!!!
-
thats some pretty crappy rotation going on
Good question Krpi, why does this video have so many dislikes?
I think that everyone is offended that someone would actually try to imitate the legend - Bruce Lee and one of his legendary techniques. It is just a punch, and the guys were simply having some fun, but all these comments make for some interesting reading!
Therefore, please keep the comments coming - positive or negative!
