It is better to go for dim sum with a few friends, so that you can order a variety of dishes, you can eat a bit of all dishes, then you can share the bills among friends at the end. That is what we do. A lot of restaurants served dim sum in the morning and in the lunch time. I love steamed bun (with BBQ pork inside) and steamed rice roll (cheung fan), with shrimp inside.
