in short... bank ationalization means we the people eat the debts of the investment banks leading to cuts in programs to the states and local gov... leading to higher state and local taxes... cripling the economy and our way of life further leading to eventual fascism and a police state.

controlled bankruptcy of the monetary system including the fed means the return to a free and open republic and a prosperous future for us and our children... this is the real choice at hand... historical moment

also, even in america some people have to wait in hospitals.

Hospitals are often over budget and under staffed.

Dentistry is horrible about this. I had a horrible tooth issue and had to wait a month for any appointment. Maybe I could have cried enough in the office to get a rush job, but it costs $300-500 just to get a tooth pulled with basic anesthesia.

Being a Canadian and a fan of socialism, i have to say, when i went into the hospital, flat broke, having a potentially lethal reaction to penicilin, it was sure nice, even after the 8 hour wait period, to get a remedial perscription and not have to pay one thin dime for the hospital visit, bloodwork, etc. If only we could do that with perscriptions, dental and optical, id happily let another percent or two of my paycheck go to that peice of mind.

Fuck nationalzation. Take them all to bankruptcy. Structured orderly bankruptcy is the only way out of this. Nouriel Roubini stated that if you look at the balance sheets of ALL the major US/UK banks, they are ALL bankrupt. Something like $3.5trillion in losses vs $1trillion in assets. Why should the gov't (the taxpayer) take on that debt? Sieze the banks, go thru bankruptcy, sell off assets, pay those you can and the rest suck a big dick. Let people go back to local/regional banking. the end.

socialism means (in australia and canada) that they take 20% of your wages and u get health care and schools and roads and all the govt stuff. in america they take about 25%( when u add in all the taxes) and you get a huge military fighting illegal wars and told lies about everything. we are suppose to live in fear/hate (they tell us everyday on the news) and pay more and more.
