  • My experience in casemaking let this idea come up. I use two solutions, either a jewel or a yellow tempered small steel plate. It is my idea, I never saw this detail before. A hunter case should have this detail, it avoids a deep hole where the spring nose pushes and works.

  • Hello - inserting jewels as bearings for the case springs is rather neat, is this your idea or was it a Glashutte tradition?
