How to use or add a vmdk file in Vmware Workstation. In this case running Windows xp but will work in other systems too.

@fdehell i'm helping a friend of my friend installing FreeBSD on VMWare Workstation and we couldn't make it to work. We resort to using VirtualBSD 8.1 instead. We have no idea how to use the .vmdk file. We're glad we found your clip via Google...
