If you are looking for an investment-grade "Tri-5" Chevy, look no further! You'll have a hard time finding a nicer example of the 1957 Chevy Bel Air series than this Nomad. The 2-door Nomad wagon is the most rare of the '57 Chevys, far more rare in production than the ever-popular convertible. This car was purchased in 1991 by our Company, and underwent a complete frame-off restoration that took almost exactly one-year full time. No expense was spared in restoring this beautiful car and no stone went unturned. The car was meticulously restored by a since-retired employee of ours who had a background in museum-quality restorations on Deusenbergs and Packards. This car is striking and the body is as straight as an arrow. All of the body panels were replaced with rust-free 1957 GM sheetmetal, with no reproduction panels from overseas. This car is gorgeous, is brand new from top to bottom, and the rebuilt 283 V8 runs and sounds great through the stainless new dual exhaust. Everything about the car is right, and there are no excuses to be made for this car. When you see the crazy prices cars bring at Barrett-Jackson on TV, this car is of the quality you'd see there. I encourage anyone to come and take a look at the car in my showroom and go over it from top to bottom.

  • id love to put a 400 sbc in this baby and dress up the motor to look like a stock 265 :) till i start it up and the 400 sbc shakes the fuckin ground xD

  • I love this car. I have one exactly like it in the same color. Only difference in mine is I have the silver on the seats where this has the yellow material. Gee, I'd love to own this one too so I could park the two side by side.

  • The Nomad of 55 -57 vintage were the most beautiful wagons ever built!

  • i made this car as a model and it was a coral blue body and a orange top i looks very nice

  • I WANT THIS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Why these cars were so amazingly beautiful and exciting? If I could have one...

  • Great looking car. I love it. The thing about the color, with me anyway, is that with a lighter color there's not as much contrast going on with the silver on the rear quarter panels of the fins as there would be with a darker color. That's why I prefer a darker color on a '57 Chevy. But still, I'd still give my right arm just to own this beauty. Excellent restoration and it's good to see a classic like this preserved.
