Nah, I've eaten red ones too... They're no hotter, at least not so that you'd notice.
Anything over about 500000 Scovilles and you can't really tell the difference since all your nerve endings are firing.

What are you talking about?! The red ones are far hotter. So your saying then that you couldn't tell the difference in heat between a Naga or a Habenaro?

OK, maybe 500000 scovilles. But there is no difference between red and green (apart from flavour)... There is variation between individual nagas of course.
If you insist that red are hotter, can you please explain how a cut naga can produce more capsaicin as it turns from green to red?
