My name is Nicolas Silva-Castellon, this is a machine that I fully design for making rebar solo chairs for a customer, with use of AutoCad 2008. My brother Samuel which is a the end of the video is the one who did the control system of this machine. My father Manuel did the program and adjustments on the machine. We send certain design parts to be manufacture elsewhere, then we fully assemble it. This particular machine is made to produce 7 to 10 pieces/minute, yet it is a prototype that is almost fully finish. Another more mechanically sophisticated design is on its way, to produce 100 to 120 pieces/minute. Our company is Divers Machinery, Inc. we make any custom automated machines for your needs.
