  • good form on both, great job. how much you lifting?

  • Thatnks. Im not lifting much. 60 and 62.5kg. Squat I could do maybe 5kg more for 3x5 before I start to really struggle. Deadlift I could do at least 10kg more. Im just working my way up slowly.

  • elbows too far back - push them forward. Also, squat and DL barefoot or in better shoes. Never lift in basketball shoes.

type "squat rx" into the search. He has a whole bunch of vids on squatting.

  • Stop rocking around when squatting. Other than you're fine.

  • Good form. Now get that squat up to 120 kg and you'll be doing windmills and stuff.

  • 35 kg each side + 7.5kg bar??? Nice nice respecr

  • dude i have a lot of respect for you... your working hard to get better at shit, very impressive. I'm also currently trying to get my vert up... im doing everything you are doing plus box jumps and squat jumps...i dunno i read its better to mix it up

  • Are you dunking yet? There's been a bunch of improvement since the first vid

  • Keep those knees behind your feet. A good trick is to keep the weight on you heels not your toes. Maybe also put a seat under you and touch your butt to it each time. You want to sit down with your butt out so you don't injure your knees. Looking good though!

  • squats seem fine but i dno why u keep rocking back and forth on your feet afterwards

  • It looks like you're popping your hips and throwing the bar forward on your deadlift descent. Keep the bar closer to your body to protect your back. Also on your deadlift pull make sure to keep the bar close to your body, the further away the greater risk of back injury and falling forward. Keep weight on the heels

  • Nice looking squats dude.

  • bend your back less on the deadlift and get a weight belt if you can, it keeps the hernias away. good job on squat, you got really low. thats really good.

  • damn man common take that towel off your back thats puss!
