This is a great game, not much needs to be changed but with a little marketing some improved graphics, minor changes (Nothing to the core gameplay) a fancy box cover and a re-release they could bring in a LOT of players. It's truly a great game - the best I've ever played. It's just too hard for anyone to go back because of the dwindled population. With a re-release you could bring in a lot of new players as well as old. Would like to see Turbine make this happen.

Man I miss this game especially Darktide server as a noob in 2001. If I saw someone in the guild "Blood" I would be like "OH SHIT!!! RUN!!". Just the feeling of being afraid to die and the feeling you get when you know you just regulated another player, is something that no other PVP game can compare to...not even WoW. I've played WoW for a few years not very long, it doesn't even compare to AC in any aspect whatsoever. I wish I never took AC for granted, what a wonderful game it was.

Why dont they just REMAKE THIS GAME exactly the way is is, maybe have a bigger map, more spells, weapons, armor, and grahpics engine. Fuck I can't express how much I love this game. Out of the first three MMO's Ultima Online, Asherons Call, Everquest, this was far the best in my memories. PLEASE Microsoft(Turbine) please if you're reading this PLEASE remake this game so I can feel what I felt as a kid. When I hear the statement MMO I think of this game first.

@mistervanderveer honestly i never met a WoW player that played AC ever say WoW was better. The only WoW players i know that bash AC are the ones who never played, like you for example...which i totally understand since this game looks the way it does however, the game play and pvp mechanics are unmatched. u gotta remember it came out in 1999 and for the time being it had the best graphics, over the years now obviously graphics have gotten alot better

@mistervanderveer ROFL! dude AC is 13 years old it was made before u were fuckin born....ever heard of Reckful? Guess what game he started off on? this fuckin game right here...in a recent interview Reckful proudly said "I started gaming when I played an MMO named Asheron's Call...its balanced an extremely unique where skill wins your fights more than anything else..i would love to go back if the population was just as high as the early 2000 years". -Reckful.

@mistervanderveer And secondly, even though this game is 13 years old (YES IT IS 13 YEARS OLD) It was the best online game at the time and quite frankly is still better than majority of PVP games out there today. I can't think of a single PVP game right now that is more satisfying than Asheron's Call coming from a complete PVP standpoint, being someone who played AC and WOW at very high end PVP I can safely say my opinion on the matter means more than yours.

@mistervanderveer My highest rated team was 2934 in 3s during season 4 Tichondrius server on BG 9 (at the time was considered to be the toughest most competitive BG in the world) and I was ranked in the top 10 for 6 straight seasons. So yes I know exactly how WoW PVP goes, first of all if you think WoW PVP is balanced at all then my fucking god I am wasting my time typing this out, I would literally have to lay out manuel scripts for you to reason with you.

this vdo & its music is without a doubt quite very gay, but AC has the most hardcore & fun pvp of any game to date. really wish they would polish it up or make an AC3. i still might resubscribe for the fuck of it cuz my ps3's getting boring & all the other mmo's look tremendously gay like that world of gaycraft with chuck norrises faggot ass
