@Nickjo1000 Seems like you're engine is flooded. Take out the glow plug and pull the pull starter to get the excessive amount of fuel out of the engine.

Hi i've got a problem with my rc car i i am thinking if anyone can help me please....
I've got a HSP 1/10th scale nitro rc car with a .18vx engine i recently changed the engine head(it was from a same engine). Anyway when i tried to start it it was very dificult to pull the pull start(i also tried it without the fuel line but the same thing happened) and i was wondering if u could help me....
