It depends where you live. If you are a Yankee then its Mold. But if you are from Europe Ausstralia or Canada its Mould.

yummy apple. i wanna eat this! i tasted mold from an apple and it wasnt that bad. it was a bit sour and hairy but it tasted great on the 2nd flavor :D
