Father, I have played the Whistle for some time now and I am gettin more and more confident finding my own voice within the the culture. Have a question: Would it be possible for you to do a video on how to do crans cause I have seen my teacher do it when playin the fiddle and I thought: Boy that is really somethin but I aint got the skills yet. How can I approach it? Thanks and have a blessed Advent!

Hello there, thank you ever so much for your great video lessons. Without them I'd be helpless. But - you say that you play a roll and add a hit but in fact you add a cut, don't you?

as a religious Catholic, i appreciate very much your teachings father, it's great. i've moved a long way from a musical illiterate dude.

I like the connection of music and the Gospel! Keep up these great vids.

I'm a fairly religious peron but not heavily: that secti at the start was so inspirational, and the way you incorporate music into religion is absolutely wonderful. I can't wait until I get to this stage, thankyou so much

At the end of the day, when you go out and share your music with others - whether you are the best there is or just learning - you are sharing a part of yourselves with others. This can be scary, I know, but keep telling yourself that you are called to share your love of music with others. Bring joy and energy to the music and no one will laugh at you. Indeed, you'll be amazed at how many people will tell you that they wish they could play an instrument like you!
