At a dargah (Islamic shrine) situated in the south-east part of India, the singers sing devotional songs in the Qawwali style, with percussion accompaniment. The lyrics are a mix of the local south Indian language, Tamil and Arabic, while the music style is that of northwestern India.

This is from our album Nagore Sessions: a unique musical collaboration featuring Sufi, Indian, Middle Eastern and Western elements.

    From the deepest of my heart I am singing to you, please accept it, O Allah;

    La ilaha ilallah (There is no god but Allah), la ilaha ilallah (There is no God but Allah);

    You are the bud in my heart that blossoms into flowers, O Allah;

    All the world over,with the words "qul huwallahu ahad" (Say He is Allah, the One), is referring to you, O Allah;

    Make all the tears of your servants into Rose water, O Allah;
