GSXR 750 have more horsepower, more torque, and then you are doing a corner the 750 comport like one 600cc... i have one.

I really don`t like then the people ride speaking all the time! Shup up and ride, just let us hear the engines speak strong. The rider pilot well, but speak like a gay!

Its highly doubtful. I dont have a copy of the rules handy, but I'm almost positive that anything that largely alters the weight of the bike would disqualify it from the class, as I'm sure turbo would do.
