@Zirks well i didn't mean to hurt your feelings! but if you were not all on defense you would have red my comment with an open mind,look im not telling you to sing it like lauryn hill because that would be way to much to ask of you and your right you wouldn't do it justice im just saying you should never change a song so much that it hardly sounds like the original i study opera and jazz @ WSU and one thing that always stays true is that you should always stay true to the style of the music

its ok but you changed the rhythm and they style of the song i understand making it it your own BUT never at the expense of the music..... try again listen to lauryn Hill first to get a good idea of the music ....

@choose2sing Well thank you for your honesty but I'm gonna be honest too! I love Lauryn Hill's version with all of my heart so singing it like her wouldn't do it justice, because she owns that version. Out of respect I sung my version to her, this was sung five years ago so going back to listen to it and giving it another go is not something I'm interested in doing at this moment. Like I said, I LOVE Lauryn Hill, I know her version by heart. Have a great day! :)
