i understand no provide of interperter. my putnam county of florida real stink worse than your,they dislike interperter too expensive $75.00 per hourly pay.ada not affect them. ada are weak law no empowerement.

I'm deaf . just ahead cash 100 dollar then forget it better than nothing.. if you complian argue then delay other day. mabye your mom will more cost up. i just offer you drop it. i'm example.. you know why that your mom . if does motorcycle cop think your mom are temper to turn slow down her car . then cop thinking and concern the second about this your mom's car slow . if you know why ? if you are countine complian . they could afraid of you. We all know about deaf culture.

Didn't you realize that it is a language that involves no sound and that not all languages are spoken? Take ASL courses and you can learn to understand someday :-)
