*Alexa's POV*
So things don't turn out as they plan.
I'm still a loser and known as the shy girl.
No one gives a crap about me.
I put my head on my desk.
"Mrs. Grace, please place your head up." I did so and everyone snickered, just great.
You know which part I really hate? Lunch. Call me crazy but I barely have friends. Only a few good friends. My best friend is Ashley, she was something. Ha. We're complete opposites. She's the only friend who's in the 'crowd'. Of course she tried to change me but it didn't work.
But this year sucks because she's not in my lunch.
At least she sneaks out sometimes to see me, except when she has a big test or something.
Of course she got in trouble every time.
"Okay class, pick your new partners! They will sit next and be with you for the rest of the year." Our teacher said. Ugh.
Not fun. Everyone grabbed their colorful to bland totes or book bags and began working out things with their friends.
"So, Lisa and-" The teacher got cut off by the bell. "Oh! Out of time! We'll continue this tomorrow. Have a nice day!" The teacher said as we walked out of the room.
This whole partners thing was stupid. Everyone knows that Leah picks Stephen, Ally picks Zack, May picks Kenny and so on.
Leaving me with no one every time.
I picked up my book bag and walked down the hall to lunch. Ash couldn't come today. Huge test.
I walked to an empty table and sat alone, people passed me giving me looks. I rolled my eyes and dumped out the contents of my brown paper bag lunch. Out rolled an apple, tuna fish sandwich, and a granola bar.
Ew, note to self. When dad says to make your own lunch, make it. Do not ever steal dad's lunch. It's nasty.
I pushed away the food and poked it absentmindedly until the bell rang. It was quite boring.
At the end of the day, I went home and started on my homework.
Yeah, boring life. I know.

Ya. Reading this made me depressed. I am totally shy but I had loads of friends that understood me and knew and we were like sissters.... Then I moved.... I'm all alone. I know exactly what she means. That's y this is my fav. But I do have a couple good friends where I am though wich is purty good considering how goofy I am. I'm so goofy that when my mom asked me where dad I said upstairs. ( we don't have an upstairs) jeez

i remember my freshman yr. i was like that! sitting alone in lunch, not talking, hating school, and not having a partner everytime we had to do a project. -.-
