IAC Restrictor: After Video

This is after putting on an IAC restrictor on a V6 Mustang. Drop in idle RPM's and a throatier exhaust tone. Only mods to this car are CAI, Pulleys, and Shifter.

I am going to do this on a different car. My question is, Where to put the restrictor? Before the IAC (where there is a hose connected to the air cleaner hose) or after the IAC (where the IAC is connected to the intake manifold or plenum?

my v6 sometimes doesnt idle at start up like it starts up then goes down to 0 n the only way to make it idle is to rev hard...u think sumtin myt be blocking the iac?
