Id on't understand why so many people act an expert on the marriage and claim how Evil Charles was. As many of you know that life isn't as black and white as this and Diana had just as big of a dark side as Charles had. Feelings change after 10+ years of being together and any one can fall in love with someone else, it doesn't make them evil :S

Diana died and so people will defend her because of this, if she was alive today she wouldn't be held in suchhigh esteem, fact.

@slannmage I understand what you mean. I even agree with you. We will never understand how he or diana might have felt at that time and above all, nobody is perfect. But there is something to Diana that still makes me feel sorry for her. That thing that made so many people feel like they knew her.

@HotPinkBrightOrange True on that! He shouldn't have married her, thus letting her find a man that truly loved her, just as she deserved. I'm afraid that Charles thinks solely of himself and his own wants. He has never shown any guilt for what he put Diana through. I don't believe him when he says "I didn't have an affair til the marriage was irretrievably broken down". He was shagging Camilla before the wedding and all the way through the marriage. He's rubbish, completely.

I know many marriages don't work out and it's not up to us to judge, but this interview makes me feel so sad. If only ... but no amount of 'if only' can change the past or bring Diana back. She had such charisma, I think everyone felt it and warmed to her. Kate Middleton is an attractive girl but has none of Diana's charm IMO. Diana was truly loved, right from the moment she first appeared on the scene the public took her to their hearts. She truly was the Queen of Hearts.

@slannmage Charles had his hidden relationship with Camilla before his marriage and not 10 or 15 years after..On the other hand Camilla was married and had children . This makes double crimes not a single one cheating his own wife and cheating another man on his wife and let me tell you that Lady Di loved him and could be a cause for him to be saved from hell ...but the prince was perrished ...No way!
