both of these boats are strong, and the guy in the viper has been driving high performance boats for a while. 5 stars for this video. i love all boats, just partial to speed, keep them rolling

Nice boats! MERCURY BABY! And farmgirl it was "a lot of" not "alota" and boat not bout a is no where near u on a keyboard and 5000hp turbine on a 30ft boat?! I dont think so. And it's not a 2 and a 1/2 hp motor that's 2.5 liters! Stock it's a 260 hp motor! Geez. Don't know why I bother. But anyway...keep it shiny side up guys! (and girls)

The viper approx. 85-86 (had my 26p 4 blade), the stv somewhere around 110mph. (30p merc. cleaver) I now own the cleaver and get around 91-92 with it..

great lookin Viper.. A few questions... Hull gutted? and is there any added weight to the front?? I had a XR4 150 on my Viper and Im tempted to go to 200hp...scared of the blow over risk lol , My boat is completely gutted except for seat and fuel cell in back... what you think?

Thanx!! No the hull is not gutted, wanted to but didn't do it. I did rework the floor and used a thin fiberglass box for a stringer, and also thin fiberglass panel for the floor. I am running two buckett seats up front with nothing in rear. I have an 18 gal. fuel tank in the rear along with the battery. As for the front, I only have two 6x9 speaker boxes and a few life jackets. At first I tried to run a 12 gal. plastic fuel cell in the bow, and couldn't control the chine walk above 65..
