I hope I am wrong about this, but putting an excercise machine in the relaxing room is doom to fail. Tower Power works better. Good Luck and be consistent!

To add another variation to below - sit on something to raise rear and put legs over lower pads to stabilize unit during lifting.

You can do modified Military Press by sitting on floor facing leg lift and position knees under pads. With straight bar attached to lower cable, lift bar overhead. You may need to lower back slightly.

Thx for the demo vid! Good vid, wat i was looking for.. My girlfriened ordered this machine site to store (is free that way!) and i gonna start assembling tonight hopefully.. How long did it take you to assemble this rig..?

@RockIbanez85 It seemed like it took me all day, but I'm sure that all together it was about 3 1/2 hours. The trick is move at a very slow and steady speed. Don't be in a rush or you will make some mistakes. Moving slow, purposeful, and deliberate will help you not make mistakes and not get confused. Good luck :-)
