Featured Artist Herb Walker singer/ song writer/ country musician from El Paso, Texas wrote this extraordinary song "Home Lovin You" in 1991, to Honor the Armed Forces serving overseas in Desert Storm. Although the song was an overnight hit on local El Paso radio stations at that time, no one outside the area ever heard it. The DCdifters would now, 18 years later, like to pay a very special and long overdue Tribute to Herb, and give the rest of the world an opportunity to listen to his melodic voice and remarkable lyrics. Accompanying Herb back then were the Musicans from the Northern Pass Band: Steve Stacey, Cindy Bickford, Tony Quero and Jerry Clowardy. Other musicians included Larry Raines and David Huerta. We hope you enjoy this song and HERB...This One's for you....Better Late than Never!

  • One of country music's best for sure. My brother Carl send me a cassette recording of "Home Lovin You" while I was serving proudly in Operation Desert Storm. What a treat it was.The men of Bravo Co. 4/66 Armor loved it as well.

    Thanks for the memories Herb.
