The reporter is wrong. Vanunu himself stated that Israel has at least 200 nuclear devices. According to his calculations, Israel should have had ~200 of them back in 1986.
The Negev Nuclear Research Center went online sometime around 1962-1964. They were making ~40 Kg Plutonium / year, enough for 10 nuclear bombs / year (10 Nagasaki's / year). And the facility was functional 8 months / year.
The NPT is BULLSHIT!
