I just got my Vado HD, (2nd gen) black with maroon accents, in the mail. I am now charging it through the usb on my laptop. On the manual, it states that the USB icon appears on the LCD temporarily. However, on mine, the usb icon is showing continuously. Another thing, is that, the manual states that a solid battery icon appears on the top right hand corner of the LCD when charging is complete. Now, after plugging usb, a few seconds later, a solid battery icon appears, which isn't supposed
I have a question. If I was on the road and wanted to record longer than 2 hours. How would I empty the internal memory most easily while on the road. I ride a motorcycle so bringing along a laptop would be too cumbersome.
how do i take the battery

Hey 13mordeth.
You really need to have some kind of laptop in order to clear vids off the camera. Maybe consider a netbook?
