i feel like women skaters are always like "oh we did it cause it was extreme" "im so special cause im a girl and i skate" if your a skater your a skater. that should be enough. your not pushing the limits, your skating, and thats already pretty fucking cool.

women are awesome!!!!! skateboarding is awesome! therefore girls who skate are automatically more awesome than any guy who skates. the two people directly below me are walking pieces of shit, and most likely don't even skate. stop hating keep skating! guys have no idea what its like to love something and have everyone around you tell you to stop, so women are stronger than men cause they fight for their passion. keep it up ladies, i love you!

Still have alot of interest but nothing solid yet. Thanks for asking. I feel bad for those that want to see it now. I really want anyone thats interested to see it. Maybe the faithful who stood by patiently will get a dvd in the mail, financing or not , someday.

For those interested- Although the film is about the women we have included the men too. Hosoi, Mullen, Gelfand, Gonzalez, and other men are brought into the film to explain the changes in skateboarding that occurred through the decades. The film starts in the 60's and goes into the 2000's. The women acknowledge the contribution of these men.

Isn't that Ray Barbee at 4.05 and 4.20?

Yes it is. From a video that had Anita Tessionson in it. Clip was used for the 1980's section in the complete film when the discussion turns to the return of street skating at that time.
