EnV3 Inbox Full Problem

I recently discovered my problem, I had a ton of pictures and Videos saved on Internal memory. Thinking I had saved them to an SD card.

This blocks up your phones memory, and makes receiving messages more difficult for the phone, as the memory is full.

Long Story short, as I said in the Comments. BUY AN SD CARD ( MicroSD ). And keep your multimedia on that. So your phone has room to operate on internal memory.

Well you do have 20 messages in the "Drafts" so add that to the recieved messages and sent messages...not much of a glitch.

@HereSince94 Yep, it was a glitch with the older phones, I had mine replaced and the inbox can now hold near 500 like it should.

@Hile648 oh my bad, sorry about that-just thought maybe it was 100% full. When did you get your replaced? I recently ordered an enV3 on ebay brand new and still waiting for it to come in. Do you know how to tell from which phones would have the glitch, or from what date the phones have the glitch?

@HereSince94 I got mine replaced in March, I think the real early software versions have the problem. Like V01, 02, and 03. I Have SW version 06 on the new one. Once you get yours, Go to Tools - Phone Info - then SW/HW Version and the Last two numbers on the Software Version will tell you what version you have. If its one below 06 they'll usually give you an update for free at a retailer.

ya coulda put the messages on auto erase, it holds 550 messages.

@iAlan7 Oh, well I guess I'll have to do with whatever it holds. Threaded is much more organized and cleaner than In/outbox IMO.

go to verizon and tell them they will give you a neww phone and upload all ur pics jus tell them and and ur contacts and you get a freee phone same thing happend to me!!!!!!!!!!!! becarful around water with this phone it breaks sooooooooo easiy

@matttuck1000 OMG. I have the same problem! Totally sux. I can't see my screen so I'm in the same boat as you. Did you end up getting a new phone? Was hoping to find a video that walked through deleting them but I just can't remember how.

my phone is doing the same thing where it says "inbox is full" and gives me the choice to delete them, but i cant because my internal keyboard is broke. can anyone help?

can anyone help me? i have this phone and everything on the internal screen is frozen and i cant delete my texts, does anyone know how to do it from the external screen?

i have the env3 and it works great... my inbox can get to around 450 texts befor i have to delete. maybey u should buy a memory sd card or call verizons technicle support
