Kroupy - predem namocime, uvarime v pomeru 1 hrnek krup na 3 hrnky vyvaru nebo vody asi 50-60 minut. Smichame s podusenymi houbami, cesnekem, majorankou a kminem a peceme asi 25 minut ve stredne vyhrate troube.
