ask him if you have an obligation to have an I.D. then ask him to provide proof of claim that you actually do have an obligation to have an I.D. (it doesn't exist)

4/5 and just so you know you can not be charged with obstruction of justice for not providing I.D. especially if you do not consent, and if you don't believe me (you don't need to believe me, just go look it up and prove me wrong), then the next time a cop asks you for your I.D. ask him/her >

@chiefgunz87 3/4 now as were all equal, no one is second to god above anyone else, no one is above god, no one is god, and no one of course has an authentic document proving that they have the signature of one deity known as god, that indicates and confirms the validity of their jurisdiction over others, including yourselves, so therefore the governing bodies and figures of the law society can only use statutes against you with your consent.

1/3 here is how law really works, Simply put, all an act is, is just the passage of legislation, creating a statute, a statute is just a legislated rule of society given the force of law, society is nothing more than a group of individuals gathered by mutual consent striving for a common goal or achievement, statutes are made by humans, with the same dignity and rights as everyone else, so who gives it that force?
