You handled that very well by keeping your cool. Especially with your kids being there with you. Too bad the Mgr tried to make you look Bad. BUT the Mgr is & Was an IDIOT for Not Knowing that Coupons are for Each Item .... Evidently He DON'T Know the Store Coupon Policy ... Anyways thx 4 Sharing this Vid

@a2dabeatriz1 That happened to me too, so I went home printed out the coupon policy and highlighted the part that says they will accept a coupon that makes an item free! They took it after that but she wasn't happy

Wooosahhhh! Yeah I went to Family Dollar yesterday and the cashier said they just got a memo that they cannot honor a coupon that the consumer will end up getting the item for free i.e. the covergirl products..I was like WTF...okay. They get the money back anyways!! HENCE I am not shopping there anymore.

free to come anytime to use your coupons and don't ever feel intimidated = ) and I gave the cashier and him a coupon so they can have themselves a free scribbling bubble and it made them smile lol.. Awww = P
