Parody (as much as it can be) of the sorry Office of National Drug Control Policy (ONDCP) Above The Influence commercials. These anti-drug commercials appear to have been created either 1) by the preambulatory infant children of the ONDCP staff, or 2) by people who have been spending all their anti-drug propaganda budget on drugs themselves. Sadly this parody is probably a step up from the original.
Best viewed in tandem with "Above The Influence: Walk Me".

My own position on drugs is kind of unique (at least, I think it is) I've SEEN what drugs can do, and frankly, disapointing a talking dog is the LEAST of your problems. However, I think anti-drug probaganda and anti-drug propaganda cause more problems than the drugs themselves.
On the other hand, "Because I got high" is actually acurate. They lyrics of that song are almost a documentary of my brother.
