hey i have questions.

my orthodonists said i have to take four teeth out.

Just got my ALF 5 days ago. I have previously been treated with the standerd braces/retainers method and even though I stuck to the treatment and wore my retainers religiously, my teeth on the right upper side relapsed. I also started to suffer from TMJ. I've only been wearing the ALF a few days and already the TMJ is hugely relieved and I barely notice that it is there. I would highly recommend getting them if anyone is considering orthodontics.
