  • 好好用,不過就要耐唔耐同佢搽生油,咁佢嘅黏合性會大d,同埋唔­可以將佢放喺爐火旁邊同埋要放喺通風地方,因為放近爐火,佢會"­慶"乾咗竹嘅水份,而令到竹砧板組件脫落,而如果放喺潮濕地方,­佢會發霉呢~

  • 我覺得佢好用因為佢密度高,斬完雞/剁完肉餅後砧板出現嘅坑紋,­只要一用水洗佢,坑紋立即消失呢~ 同埋如果平時用木砧板,用耐咗會有木屑,剁肉餅就會加料,而呢塊­砧板就完全冇呢個問題呢~^^

  • 大陸山區人都係用呢個方法, 不過佢地D栗米乾身好多, 同埋佢地唔用筷子係用鑼絲批, 佢地仲會用中間枝芯打爛煲水飲, 叫做大麥粥。當年我去左英德3日, 同D朋友們就係幫當地農民剝栗米, 仲玩D鬥快比賽等等。不過當時一日剝幾十枝, 有個朋友手指公下面舊肉生左水泡。btw, 多謝你教我地用筷子都可以 :)
