to imply that this song is about drugs would be a mistake. the main appeal for me in Shonen knife is the cuteness, the child like innocence. i was reading how they reacted to Kurt Cobain on first meeting him. I was pleasently surprised to read that they were scared of him and ran away screaming. that sums them up completely.
