@MRiitta Its not 20 GBP for a new spring, its 4.99 GBP for an entirely new switch mechanism, with that you get a new spring, new button, and new screw. I dont even own one of these I just had a quick glance at their website cause I thought 20 quid for a spring cant be right.

I have this screwdriwer bought fromTotally Wicked and it is the most stupid one.
The rear end cap, the one you press to activate the battery, screws open very easily without you noticing it when smoking and you will lose that small spring inside it. And then your screwdriver cannot be used any more.
And the funniest part is that the little spring will cost you 20 BP to get a new one ..

@light487 Why? Well to put it simply, people often make their decisions to buy or not to buy from a particular company based on these reviews. I understand why you will take my comment down in other places, as that is your right because they are your videos. I am not bitter, not even toward TW, I merely don't want anyone else to order from them not being aware of a possible problem in the area of customer service. I appreciate you leaving my message up on one video. Thank you for that.

@Ejuicereview, It does still happen. Screwing it with a screwdriver was my solution too however I lost the button for about six hours yesterday because it still comes loose even when tightened properly. I now use a touch of superglue on the thread. Problem solved.

what are these? are these like smoking cigs? trying to find something to help my dad quit smoking cigs

Have you had an issue with the spring in the top coming out? My MKII stops working occasionally as the spring has come loose and I often have to re position it in the green plate behind the rubber gasket.
Totally Wicked USA was Rude and unprofessional with me when I called and dealt with them! NEVER rely on them for honest, forthcoming, helpful customer service!

@ShieAyla I'm sorry to hear about your bad experience. I am not employed by TW nor have any other association other than having been a customer who did not have an bad experiences with them. You have every right to be mad.. but why take that out on me and my viewers by spamming my TW videos with this message? I'll leave this comment here but will delete the other ones on the other videos.
There are better places for this, like the ECF forum as mention in my reply to dubconor below.

Can anyone tell me how long this has been going on? What I mean by this is a sort of counter culture if you will of e smokers, Seems like it has a very solid base and people who are quite fanatical about it, plus been seeing vids about mods etc... Also does anyone have personal experience what the draw to it is, (besides the obvious health benefits) but is there people say who have only ever vaped and never smoked? Is it used to get a solid dizzy feeling from nicotine overdose?

@dubconor You best to go and ask these type of open ended and leading questions in forum/bbs spaces rather than here, so that you will get a wide range of answers. The most widely known, and widely used, forum is called ECF or e-cigarette-forum
The draw, as you put it, is to stop or reduce smoking, something so many other "approved" products have failed to do. The draw is that these are the first things that have "consistently" worked for a wide range of individuals.

where did you get the string to hold your cap so you dont lose the cap when your vapping? Does the string come with it? Thanks for the great video.

@sophiamckenna Hi. Yes it comes with it, along with the one for going around your neck. The most important one of course is the one you mentioned, which protects the button from being pressed when you are not using it.
