why aren't we using prison inmates for military service? We could pay them about 1/4 of what we have to pay a volunteer. They don't even have to work in a combat roll; have them do sea-bees work.

The capacity to both is only 300 and there are 600 cramped into the prison and 400 in the jail. The rough americans will slice your throat and look at you! Idiot!
