In 1935, Emmet Fox published a book called "The Seven Day Mental Diet". His idea was to go seven full days without holding or expressing a negative thought. Negative thoughts come and go, but with the diet you cannot hold it for more than 60 seconds or express it. If you do, you have to start the 7 days all over again.
I decided to give it a try, while on vacation in Hawaii in October 2007. This is the start of my 7-part blog documenting my experience.

  • I'm going to give this a good try, lord knows I need it, I'm currently on a Journey of trying to get myself better while dealing with Rheumatoid Arthritis and on med changes, this I came upon by typing in positive thinking, meant to be? I'm on it tomorrow LOL.
