If on the local Bike path. If you have a light racing bike, high stamina and strong legs and the bike cops try to stop I bet you could out run them since the cops use heavy mountain bikes that are less effeicent compared to a racing bike and thus slower and burn more energy.

@swatjosh0745 alot of cops have to work 18 hours a day. and who takes an hour to go to and from work? their shift is probably 16 hours, but cops always have something that keeps them late.
